Module Activation and Renewal: The majority of modules on the Nexus Platform are active for a duration of one year from the date of purchase. Upon expiration of this period, each module must be renewed for at least half of the initial purchase price to maintain continued access.

Prohibited Use: It is strictly forbidden to abuse the services provided by the Nexus Platform or to utilize them in any unintended or unlawful manner. Users found in violation of this provision may face immediate termination of their accounts without prior notice.

Account Deactivation: User accounts on the Nexus Platform may be deactivated at any time without prior warning if deemed necessary by our administration for reasons including but not limited to violation of our Terms and Conditions or suspicious activity.

Updates and Modifications: The Nexus Platform reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to regularly review these Terms and Conditions for any changes.

Refund Policy: Refunds for purchases made on the Nexus Platform are not possible after a period of two weeks from the date of purchase. Users are advised to carefully consider their purchases before completing transactions.

License Conversion and Renewal: When converting a license to a Nexus Module, the original license is transformed into an annual license, subject to renewal at least once per year for half of the initial purchase price to maintain access.

Price Changes: Prices of certain packages or modules offered on the Nexus Platform may change at any point in time without prior notice. Users are responsible for staying informed of any price adjustments that may affect their use of the platform.
